How to Request Deletion

1. Email azdesignin@gmail.com from the address registered to your Look Lens account.
2. Use the subject "Look Lens Account Deletion Request."
3. Include the email address used for your Look Lens account.
4. Complete reasonable account verification if requested. Never send your password or verification code.

Data Scheduled for Deletion

• Account authentication record and Look Lens profile.
• Name, email, profile photo, biography, preferences, privacy settings, and notification token.
• Saved looks, scores, AI feedback, progress records, and stored look images.
• Wardrobe items, item metadata, tags, and stored wardrobe images.
• Community posts, comments, likes, saves, follow relationships, requests, blocks, and associated profile content.
• AI conversation history linked to the account where stored.
• Other personal data that is no longer required to provide, secure, or account for the service.

Limited Retention

We may retain the minimum information reasonably required for legal obligations, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, billing reconciliation, or enforcement. This may include transaction references, deletion-request records, and safety reports. Retained information is restricted and removed or de-identified when no longer required.

Google Play and Apple independently retain store transaction records under their policies. Content copied outside Look Lens by another user is outside our control, although the original Look Lens post will be removed or de-identified where applicable.

Timing

We aim to complete verified requests within 30 days. We may contact you if more information is required. Complex legal or safety retention may take longer where permitted, and we will explain when applicable.

Delete Only Specific Data

You can delete individual looks, wardrobe items, posts, and comments using in-app controls. You may also email us to request deletion of specific stored photos or personal data without deleting the full account.
