Terms of Use

1. Agreement

By creating an account, accessing Look Lens, or posting content, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Community Guidelines, and any store terms that apply. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement. Look Lens is not intended for children. You may not create an account for someone who does not meet these requirements.

3. Your Account

• Provide accurate information and keep it reasonably current.
• Keep passwords, store accounts, and verification codes secure.
• You are responsible for activity carried out through your account.
• Do not impersonate another person, misrepresent affiliation, or transfer access without permission.
• Notify support if you believe your account is compromised.

4. AI Styling Service

Look Lens uses automated systems to analyze outfit photos, answer style questions, recommend compatible items, and generate requested improvement previews. AI output is probabilistic and may be incorrect, incomplete, or unsuitable for a particular event.

You must have permission to upload each image and must not submit confidential, illegal, intimate, exploitative, or rights-infringing material. AI Preview is illustrative and may not preserve every visual detail exactly.

5. Your Content and License

You retain ownership of photos, captions, comments, and other content you create. You grant Look Lens a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, reproduce, adapt for technical display, and show that content only as necessary to operate, secure, improve, and moderate the service according to your settings.

This license ends when content is deleted, except for reasonable backup, safety, legal, dispute, and enforcement retention. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed for the content you provide.

6. Community Rules

Before posting or interacting, you must follow the Community Guidelines. Prohibited conduct includes harassment, hate, sexual exploitation, child endangerment, non-consensual imagery, threats, fraud, spam, impersonation, privacy violations, and intellectual-property infringement.

We may review, restrict, remove, preserve, or report content and may warn, suspend, or terminate accounts where reasonably necessary for safety, compliance, or service integrity. We are not obligated to publish or retain every submission.

7. Acceptable Use

You may not:

• Break the law or encourage illegal, harmful, or abusive behavior.
• Upload malware, interfere with security, evade limits, or attempt unauthorized access.
• Scrape, reverse engineer, copy, resell, or exploit the service except where law expressly permits.
• Use automation to create fake engagement, accounts, likes, comments, or follows.
• Use Look Lens or AI output to make high-impact decisions about another person.
• Use the service to identify, profile, shame, or discriminate against people based on appearance or protected characteristics.

8. Premium and Billing

Premium purchases are processed by Google Play or Apple. Price, currency, trial eligibility, renewal date, and applicable taxes are shown by the store before confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled under the store rules.

9. Look Lens Property

The Look Lens name, logo, interface, software, documentation, catalog assets, and service content supplied by us are owned by AZ Design or its licensors. These Terms grant only a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the service.

10. Service Changes and Availability

Features may change, experience outages, or be discontinued. We may set reasonable technical and usage limits. We will try to provide notice when a material paid feature is discontinued, subject to store rules and applicable law.

11. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using Look Lens and request account deletion at any time. We may restrict or terminate access for material or repeated violations, security threats, fraud, legal requirements, or serious harm to users or the service. Subscription cancellation and account deletion are separate actions.

12. Disclaimers and Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Look Lens is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without guarantees that every analysis, recommendation, preview, sync, or Community item will be accurate or uninterrupted. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

To the extent permitted by law, AZ Design is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the service, user content, third-party services, or reliance on AI output.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms to reflect service or legal changes. We will update the effective date and provide additional notice when required. Continued use after updated Terms take effect means you accept them.
