1. Store Checkout Controls the Final Offer
Look Lens Premium is sold through Google Play or Apple. The checkout screen displays the final localized price, currency, taxes, trial eligibility, billing period, and renewal date before you confirm. Those store details control if they differ from promotional text.
2. Three-Day Free Trial
Eligible new subscribers may receive a 3-day free trial. A valid payment method and store confirmation are required. Unless canceled before the trial ends, the subscription automatically converts to the monthly paid plan shown during checkout.
Trial eligibility is determined by the store account and may not be available to previous subscribers. Deleting the app or your Look Lens account does not automatically cancel a store subscription.
3. Monthly Renewal
The current planned base offer is $6.99 per month after the trial, subject to localized pricing shown by the store. Premium renews automatically each billing period until canceled. The store may attempt to recover payment when a renewal fails.
4. Canceling
Cancel through the subscription settings of the Google Play or Apple account used for purchase. Cancellation stops the next renewal. In general, Premium remains available until the end of the current paid period, unless the store or applicable law provides otherwise.
- Google Play: Play Store > profile > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions.
- Apple: Settings > Apple Account > Subscriptions.
You may also use the Manage Subscription control in Look Lens when it is available for your platform.
5. Refunds
Canceling does not normally refund the current billing period. Refunds are handled by the store under its policy and applicable consumer law. Where required by law, different cancellation or prorated refund rights may apply.
6. Restore Purchase
Use Restore Purchase after reinstalling the app or changing devices. You must be signed in to the store account that owns the subscription and the Look Lens account you want to use. Restoration does not create a new charge.
7. Premium Access and Changes
Premium provides recurring access to the features described in the app, such as ongoing outfit scans and deeper AI guidance. Features may evolve while maintaining recurring subscription value. Material price or subscription changes will be handled through store notice and consent rules.
8. Account Deletion
Cancel the store subscription before deleting your account if you do not want future renewals. Account deletion and store cancellation are separate because Google Play or Apple controls billing.
